Returns Policy

We are more than happy to return or exchange garments that are faulty.

According to the Trade Practices Act 1994, "A consumer is entitled to a refund if the garment is faulty or was not for the desired purpose, (i.e you wanted a buy a boat but was sold a car) this does not include change of mind. Please choose carefully!

However, we do offer exchanges to customers within 7 days of purchase. The item(s) can be posted back to our office as the customers expense and we will exchange the item for the desired garment, provided we have that item in stock.

If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on 613 9545 4000. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
